Woodland Beach Resort offers 20 knotty pine cabins ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens, and decks featuring picnic tables and Weber grills. Select cabins include stone gas fireplaces, screen porches, and vaulted ceilings. Some units, like Cabin 17, provide sweeping views of Bay Lake, while others, such as Cabin 4, overlook Church Island. Cabin 1 and Cabin 2 can be combined via a connecting door to create a 4-bedroom unit.

The resort has a grill serving pizza and a store stocked with milk, bread, snacks, and ice cream. Each cabin includes a kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, allowing guests to prepare meals. The resort features a safe sand beach with a U-shaped dock, a heated saltwater pool, and a hot tub. Guests can rent fishing boats, pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards, or canoes to explore Bay Lake, known for bass, walleye, and northern pike fishing. Nearby, the Cuyuna County State Recreation Area offers 30 miles of mountain bike trails, scuba diving, and trout fishing.
